Mr. Mahesh Kothare founded Jenma Films International in 1985, which served as his primary production banner for many years. It continues to operate as the active parent company for all his subsequent ventures. In 2008, the company evolved into Kothare Vision Pvt. Ltd. (KVPL) marking a strategic shift toward contemporary storytelling and digital platforms.
Under the Jenma Films International banner, Mahesh Kothare directed and produced numerous iconic Marathi films, solidifying his reputation as a trailblazer in Indian regional cinema.
